Stephanie Weir (she/her) is a self-identified management nerd and change maker who is dedicated to building just, inclusive, value-centered, and well-managed organizations. For nearly 20 years she has supported purpose-driven organizations through organizational development, program and project management, community engagement, and asset-based organizing work.
Glacier is guided by the belief that intention and thoughtful planning are key to effective organizational change. While we can’t predict everything, we can design our institutions to successfully handle the unexpected. Like glaciers, organizations have a lot going on under the surface and the impacts of change are carved over time. Glacier works with organizations to strategically unpack, align, and sustain your purpose-driven work.
